1. Goods are returned exclusively through DPD parcel terminals. The returned return must be accompanied by the correctly completed original return form that you received with the shipment.
2. When we have received your returned product, we will notify you by e-mail.
3. The money will be credited to your account no later than within 14 calendar days to the bank account from which the payment for the order was made.
